No, not penny loafer dock sider shoes. Actual technical sailing shoes I bought when I lived in Michigan and gave competitive sailing a shot.
Yeah, they are made to grip the top of a boat deck and not grass. And yeah, they have no arch support and are uncomfortable as all hell.
I only buy shoes/sneakers once every other year, and the only other sneaks I got are the ones I wear out. So I’ll be mowing my lawn with sailing shoes all year.
These aren’t exactly the shoes, but pretty damn close.
